Only so Long

“And as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, without sin, unto salvation.”  Hebrews 9:27-28   For every man and woman, there is a day, there is a time when they are appointed to die.  This is something that everyone knows, one day they will die (Ecclesiastes 9:5).  Yet does one die with Jesus Christ as their Savior or without?  For ultimately that is the question and the answer to that question has eternal consequences.   There are many who hear the Gospel message, attend Church, read a Bible tract or the Bible.  In fact, I would dare say that most people spend some time praying in their life, whether or not they proclaim to be Saved.  Even those who do not proclaim to be a Christian, during hard times, will often appreciate being prayed for.    The question is, how many are there who hear these things, realize in their heart that this is something that they should look further into or know that they should repent towards God and by faith believe into Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior (Acts 20:21), but they, for various reasons, simply continue to kick the can down the road?  Perhaps they recall from time to time that they have only so long, but for whatever reason, they go contrary to what God says in the Bible and decide that they will deal with it later on.   “For He says:...

Authentic Biblical Salvation – Part Three

“Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;” Matthew 5:43-44. As ambassadors for Christ, we are instructed in this “WAR” to love our enemies. The purpose behind loving our enemies is because, as foreigners of this land (world), we are required to help those captured in bondage of sin. The objective of loving our enemy is using the weapon of “LOVE,” we thereby might be able to help some lost, unsaved individuals receive new citizenship in heaven. This citizenship handed down to all humanity is freely available to whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” Romans 10:13-15. As you can see in Romans 10:13-15, any unsaved individual can have the ability to receive eternal Salvation. In this war, we as children were once lost, but God allowed us to be a “WHOSOEVER.” This kind of love is the weapon we use on the battlefield to destroy the devil’s...

Eternal Rest

“His lord said to him, Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will appoint you administrator over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.”  Matthew 25:21   This is taken from a parable taught by Jesus.  For the purpose of this article, we are only going to focus on the precept taught by Jesus to hear the ‘well done’ by being a good and faithful servant, eventually entering into eternal rest with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.   There are a lot of people who have hard lives, some more obvious than others.  When we go downtown or to known trouble areas of the city, handing out tracts and Bibles, we witness first hand the very hard lives of those who have obviously been captivated by the devil and are on the broad path to destruction (Matthew 7:13).   The other day we were making a round and after speaking to several people, handing out a drink and a snack, we were nearing the end of our resources on hand and heading back.  We still had a few more drinks and tracts and decided to cross a street where there was some sort of problem playing out.   Unbeknownst to us, a domestic dispute had just occurred.  There was a man with his hands up, ready for police intervention, he had just beat his wife, though no police were yet arriving.  There another man was trying to get him to move along, threatening to and then eventually calling the police over the domestic dispute.  His wife laying next to...

Authentic Biblical Salvation – Part Two

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” 2 Corinthians 5:20. What is an ambassador? This word is a legal governing constituted statute that decrees individuals who hold diplomatic authority to a foreign government or sovereign. Merriam Website Dictionary Online https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ambassador 1 : an official envoy especially : a diplomatic agent of the highest rank accredited to a foreign government or sovereign as the resident representative of his or her own government or sovereign or appointed for a special and often temporary diplomatic assignment She’s the American ambassador to Italy. 2 a: an authorized representative or messenger b: an unofficial representative When God’s Grace Saves His people, they become ambassadors for Christ. This verse astonishingly informs us that Christians get a new form of citizenship. We thereby become foreigners of our old state. It is kind of like people who migrate to other countries, where they denounce their former citizenship and become naturalized under a new nationality. We thereby become a citizen of God’s eternal Kingdom. “And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.” Revelation 19:16. As you can see, dear reader, under natural law, a person who has believed by faith that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World and faithfully repented to God the Father, these individuals inherits a new nationality. This nationality is our new birthright. This nationality is our new citizenship in the eternal King of God’s Heaven. Our New Birthright? “Jesus answered and said...

The Dead are Alive!

“And I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heavens fled away. And there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God. And books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, out of the things which were written in the books.  And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one, according to their works.  And Death and Hades were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.  And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the Lake of Fire.”  Revelation 20:11-15   Finally, after a lot of catching up to do with other financial priorities, there was both time and enough money to be able to go out and proceed forward with the street ministry in Rapid City, SD.    I’ve always been a firm believer that going out by twos are a good practice (Mark 6:7) and seeing as how I have yet to find another who is willing to brave the streets to hand out Gospel tracts, Bibles and a snack to those who need it, my eleven year old son, who was Saved at the age of 4, is the other one who goes out with me.    While we walk around downtown Rapid City, we follow God’s attribute and are no respecter...

Unaware

“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.  For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and did not realize until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”  Matthew 24:37-39   God tasked the All Will Stand ministry with laying on my heart to preach the Gospel and warn people about things to come.    Throughout the years of podcasts, shortwave radio, a bit of FM/AM radio, numerous articles and even books written, what is expected to be the final book is about to be published, with all of that information available on the ministry’s website.    This work I consider done and with that said, I will be focusing locally on talking to people face-to-face, as was originally done by myself, before such other endeavors.  Hitting the streets, handing out tracts and as the opportunity presents itself, proclaiming God’s truth to those who might listen as well.    This website and the associated ministry work with it has by no means ever been popular.  Nonetheless these things had to be proclaimed, they had to be said, the warnings had to be given.  Right now, there is still broadcasting going on in Africa, proclaiming the Gospel, warning those who might listen, the same things that were warned throughout the Americas.    As the opening verses state, that they ‘did not realize’ so too when all of these things...
